Taylor was always kind to my Mother. She was always prompt and even arranged her schedule to accommodate ours. She was always nice to me and had kind words and was willing to accompany me to the doctors with Mom to help her. My Mother loves Taylor and misses her greatly.

I live out of state and I worked with Courtney to set up overnight care for my Aunt during her transition from Independent to Assisted Living. The process was extremely easy and I was able to complete everything online. Courtney met with my Aunt and was able to provide overnight services on the same day as my request. She assigned the same caregiver each night so my Aunt got to know her. Lanora was a perfect match for us and was amazing! She arrived early and was very kind and patient with my Aunt who suffers from dementia. Lanora got to know my Aunt and our family and made sure that all of our needs were met. She didn't hesitate to offer assistance packing up for the move to assisted living. It was such a relief to arrive to a packed up kitchen the morning of our move! We had 3 different in home care companies care for my dad over the last couple of years. To say that they were horrible is an understatement. This agency prides itself with excellent staff. My caregiver, Chesnie has been with me for 5 months and is very caring, she is always on time and provides wonderful assistance.
