I live out of state and I worked with Courtney to set up overnight care for my Aunt during her transition from Independent to Assisted Living. The process was extremely easy and I was able to complete everything online. Courtney met with my Aunt and was able to provide overnight services on the same day as my request. She assigned the same caregiver each night so my Aunt got to know her. Lanora was a perfect match for us and was amazing! She arrived early and was very kind and patient with my Aunt who suffers from dementia. Lanora got to know my Aunt and our family and made sure that all of our needs were met. She didn't hesitate to offer assistance packing up for the move to assisted living. It was such a relief to arrive to a packed up kitchen the morning of our move! We had 3 different in home care companies care for my dad over the last couple of years. To say that they were horrible is an understatement. Missed appointments, leaving my dad alone with no care, caregivers quitting over and over, lack of communication. We've been beyond blessed to have finally found Courtney and Homewatch Caregivers!!! She was so quick to come out and help us set up a care plan for my dad. Courtney is patient and kind, and the caregivers that help my dad are so wonderful.
