My mom is 91 years and and we needed assistance with her care. Didn't know what to do. We were then referred to Homewatch of Windsor. The Lord sent us a miracle by the name of Sonia Johnson-Wright. She has been an angel to my Mom. We appreciate all she does and then some. She is courteous. patient, and my Mom enjoys her time with her. She always wants to know if it's Sonia's day to come. Wish there were more like her in this world.

We have been using Homewatch CareGivers for my brother for well over a year and I could not be more satisfied. Jodi is the most caring and capable caregiver I have ever been associated with. As well, everyone you contact in the office is extremely helpful, from Claudia, Daisy, Tanya, Gabriella or whomever picks up the phone. They are always willing to work with you. I appreciate the personnel attention they show to each client, treating them as an individual. They have my full support and I give them my highest recommendation.

Homewatch Caregivers have been such a great help for me while my Mom needed day time care while I was at work. I really had a good comfort level because if there were any questions, they would call me, and every night I would read the notes between each shift. Great communications back to me each day. If that was not enough, I have 2 dogs and a cat. My pets were also welcomed by the all the caregivers. I felt that when I left, I left everyone in very good hands. And whenever I had a question, and sent an email to the home office; it was answered quickly, or a phone call to update my inquiry. Can only say that when I do need to have someone take care of my Mom next year, I am calling them first.
