No matter how much we grow, we never lose sight of what matters most: treating every person with compassion, respect, and kindness. We know how important it is to trust the person entering a loved one’s home, because this work is personal — it’s about caring for the people we would want cared for in our own lives. Nonmedical home care is about more than assistance with everyday needs. It’s about connection, trust, and supporting independence in a way that helps each person feel valued, comfortable, and understood.

We conduct annual background checks on all caregivers.

We provide at least 12 hours annually of employee training.

We review care plans every 30 days.

We conduct satisfaction surveys to monitor the care provided.
