How You’ll Help
As an experienced in-home caregiver, you’ll provide nonmedical, person-centered care that supports both safety and quality of life. Responsibilities include:
- Hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Transportation and errands using your own insured vehicle (you’ll be reimbursed for mileage!)
- Meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Observing, documenting, and communicating client activities, changes, & needs
This role requires caregivers who are comfortable supporting clients across all major areas of daily living.

- Have previous, verifiable hands-on caregiving experience (professional or private duty)
- Are confident assisting with personal care and mobility
- Are dependable and take pride in showing up consistently
- Communicate clearly and work well independently

- Love talking and engaging in activities with seniors, elders, and individuals with disabilities

What Else Is Required?
- 18+ years old (21+ if driving clients)
- Reliable, insured vehicle available for shifts
- Valid driver’s license
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Verifiable references and employment history
