Reliable, trustworthy and professional home caregivers are hard to find. With the help of Homewatch CareGivers of Windsor, we were fortunate to find Annemarie for my 93 year old Mom. With Annemarie’s keen attention to detail, safety, healthcare and companionship Mom is happier, eating better, healthier and looks forward to their time together. We are grateful for her the kindness and support.
My mom is 91 years and and we needed assistance with her care. Didn't know what to do. We were then referred to Homewatch of Windsor. The Lord sent us a miracle by the name of Sonia Johnson-Wright. She has been an angel to my Mom. We appreciate all she does and then some. She is courteous. patient, and my Mom enjoys her time with her. She always wants to know if it's Sonia's day to come. Wish there were more like her in this world.

As well, everyone you contact in the office is extremely helpful, from Claudia, Daisy, Tanya, Gabriella or whomever picks up the phone. They are always willing to work with you. I’ve gone through many different companies in search of the right care for my father. Homewatch care Givers has offered me peace of mind in knowing that my Dad will be taken care of. The staff is pleasant and attentive and I can always get someone on the phone when I need.
Homewatch Caregivers have been such a great help for me while my Mom needed day time care while I was at work. I really had a good comfort level because if there were any questions, they would call me, and every night I would read the notes between each shift. Great communications back to me each day. If that was not enough, I have 2 dogs and a cat. My pets were also welcomed by the all the caregivers. I felt that when I left, I left everyone in very good hands. And whenever I had a question, and sent an email to the home office; it was answered quickly, or a phone call to update my inquiry. Can only say that when I do need to have someone take care of my Mom next year, I am calling them first.

Homewatch CareGivers provided care for my grandfather for a couple of years. They enabled him to stay at home and he thoroughly enjoyed their support each day. They took him grocery shopping, made meals, and made sure he took his medications, among a lot of other things. We found the staff in the office very responsive, and their nurse, Claudia, called and visited regularly to check on his status and how everything was going. And, we had the same experience with my Aunt several years ago, who lived right next door. I highly recommend this company.
