We know that life doesn't always fit into your plans. When an urgent senior care need arises due to an unplanned discharge from a hospital or skilled nursing facility, you are often not prepared. Whether you are across town or three states away, securing care for your loved one's urgent needs can be a quick and effortless process.
Our Quick Response Guarantee
When you call our office during regular business hours, you will normally speak with one of our staff immediately. Please let them know that you have an urgent need and a care manager will make arrangements to see you as soon as you are available. Outside of our normal office hours you may reach our on-call staff 24/7. Should you have to leave a message, your call will be returned within 30 minutes when you indicate that you have an urgent need.
Client Evaluation
Our care managers must assess all new clients in person before care begins. We can meet with you wherever the client currently resides but we must evaluate the situation where we will be providing care before service can begin. We prefer to meet with the client and a representative for the client but will adapt to your circumstances and needs. We can normally evaluate the client, complete required paperwork, and start service on the same day. You don't always get to choose your circumstances so we are always prepared to help.
Completing the Paperwork
Our care managers can complete all necessary paperwork during the evaluation in the residence or at a facility. We can accept signed copies via FAX when a signature from an out of town representative is needed.
I'm Out of Town - Now What?
We prefer to meet with everyone in person. However, we know that you are sometimes handling an emergency for your loved one from outside of East Tennessee. We can evaluate your loved one in person and work with you via phone and FAX. If you are coming here from outside the area, we can complete most of the paperwork and be prepared when you arrive. We will help with your emergency.
Starting Care within 4 Hours of First Contact
We pride ourselves on being able to begin providing quality care to our clients within 4 hours of first contact. We know you can't always plan life's events in advance.
