Dana has been a valued caregiver with Homewatch CareGivers for over a year. She is known for her kindness, compassion, and dedication to the clients she serves. Diandra is one of the newest members of our caregiving team, and we are so happy to have her! She has already shown herself to be dependable, engaged, and excited to be part of the Homewatch CareGivers of Aurora family. She brings a positive attitude and a willingness to be involved, both with the clients she serves and with our team. Ash is our July Caregiver of the Month because of his unwavering dedication to our clients and his willingness to step in whenever he's needed most. He consistently accepts last-minute shifts to ensure clients receive the care they deserve, always doing so with a grateful heart and a positive attitude. Ash has a genuine passion for helping others, and it's clear that caring for people brings him joy. Eyerusalem (pronounced “Jerusalem") is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and a highly knowledgeable, reliable caregiver. Eyerusalem is a hardworking team member, and any client is truly lucky to have her support and expertise.

Renee recently celebrated her 2 year anniversary with homewatch caregivers. She began her journey with us as a caregiver for her husband and has since become an exceptional and valued member of our care team. She is consistently on top of her training, documentation, and timekeeping, always demonstrating professionalism and reliability. Renee shows a strong commitment not only to her clients but also to our team—she actively participates in company gatherings and brings a positive, supportive presence wherever she goes. Her dedication, attention to detail, and caring nature make her a wonderful caregiver and a true team player.

MK recently celebrated her 1-year anniversary with us, and we’re so thankful for her dedication and experience. She is a highly skilled caregiver with a strong knowledge of caregiving techniques and best practices. Cristina is celebrating 4 years with our team, and we are so grateful for the care and heart she brings to her work. She began her caregiving journey while helping care for her father-in-law, and that personal experience shaped the compassionate, thoughtful caregiver she is today.
