As our Workforce and HR Manager, Sage wears many hats and excels in every role she takes on. Dedicated and empathetic, she loves pairing clients with skilled caregivers who can truly enhance their daily lives. She’s a natural problem solver who won’t stop working on an issue until it’s fully resolved, and her strong eye for detail ensures quality and consistency across our team. Outside of work, Sage enjoys concerts, drawing, and discovering great food.

Artistic, genuine, and driven, Kendall brings heart and creativity to everything she does. As our Remote Operations and Marketing Assistant, she loves using her artistic strengths to elevate our online presence — from posting and website updates to newsletters and digital marketing. Kendall has always had a passion for helping others, and she wants clients and caregivers to know how deeply she cares. Her family means everything to her, and she feels blessed for all God has given her. She pours her whole self into her work and strives every day to grow into the best version of herself. Outside of work, Kendall loves spending time with her family and friends, and has recently taken an interest in DIY projects

Compassionate and strong-willed, Sandee brings the best of both worlds to her role as Billing & Field Supervisor. She enjoys working hands-on with clients and caregivers while also managing the administrative side of billing. Sandee wants families and staff to know she will always go the extra mile for them, and she’s known for stepping up whenever she’s needed. Outside of work, she loves traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Ashli is fun and hardworking and has spent much of her life caring for others. She loves meeting new people and finds the most rewarding part of her job is being able to help those who need it most. Outside of work, Ashli enjoys spending time with her partner and friends, playing games, and traveling—she’s visited 27 countries and counting!
