Needed help on short notice with an ailing relative. Homewatch Care Givers of Boise provided a quick solution with kind, honest and caring individuals to assist us with the care we needed.
Homewatch CareGivers were truly a Godsend to our family. They stepped in immediately when we learned my mother would need 24-hour care after being released from the hospital. We were in uncharted waters, facing needs we didn’t fully understand or know how to manage, and they met us with compassion, professionalism, and consistency every step of the way. Anytime we needed support, they were there — and that meant everything during such an overwhelming time. They gave me real peace of mind knowing my mother was being cared for, watched over, and treated with dignity. I’m incredibly grateful for the care they provided not only to my mother, but to our entire family.

We have used Homewatch CareGivers in Meridian, ID for approximately 3 years now. Our current caregiver, Eliza Campoverde, is friendly, helpful, attentive, and sensitive to the needs of my wife, whom she cares for. When we have needed her to stay longer, she has willing done so. When we have needed her to transport my wife for an appointment, she has done so willingly and carefully. This is appreciated, and she has been careful with our vehicle in doing so. I believe that every company runs into an occasional situation where the provider becomes unavailable to provide care on a particular day because of becoming ill or other emergency situations. When this has occurred the company has let us know on a timely basis and has worked diligently to find a replacement caregiver. These replacements have also provided quality care. Recently, my Boise brother-in-law had his third bad fall in several years of declining strength. But this time he broke his neck and required a cervical collar for at least three months. I had been living with Dennis and my sister Judi to lend a hand but she and I were already fearful that we couldn’t keep him safe and now the doctor said ‘any more falls could prove fatal.’ When we shared our own failing strengths, the doctor recommended HOMEWATCH and they came right away. They interviewed us, assessed the house for the safety features we had added and carefully assessed Dennis. Then they matched us with the perfect caregiver, Kimberly, to help half days to help dress, feed, oversee exercises, routine medications and give my sister respite five days a week. Kimberly graciously shares the benefit of her training, experience and knowledge of techniques, gadgets and equipment that will ease all three of our lives in the months and years ahead. Homewatch has provided other human and service resources and we feel secure that they will stick by us for the long haul. The night terrors are less and less frequent.
Very friendly and helpful. We were late getting Homewatch CareGivers into our home. We were only able to use them two weeks before we had to place my mother into assisted living home. I which we would have used them sooner and possibly my mother would have been able to stay in her home for a while longer.

My friend’s daughter hired Homewatch Caregivers Boise. I traveled and spent 12 days to help my friend that has dementia transition to having at home care. The experienced caregivers assigned helped to set-up the living quarters based on what was needed to make caring for my friend safe and effortless for all. The Homewatch portal allows access to the caregiver scheduling (which was consistent) and their shift notes so I was able to keep track of my friend’s care and well-being. The office staff - Victoria, Jessica, Madison M., and Madison C. - are great with communicating. Good experience getting services set up for a family member
We are very happy with our decision to hire Homewatch Caregivers. As promised, Jessica came to assist and train the initial caregiver. The initial caregiver did n̈ot workout, yet Jessica lined up a better suited caregiver for the follopwing day and they both arrived on time. When our current caregiver had a family emergency, Jessica filled in and did a fine job. She even remembered the step by step routine and location of all my supplies! The 2nd day Jessica arrived on time with another caregiver to train as a backup caregier. Jessica's performance went above and beyond our expectations.
Clair is simply wonderful in any way that she helps me with my shower!!
