Recently, my Boise brother-in-law had his third bad fall in several years of declining strength. But this time he broke his neck and required a cervical collar for at least three months. I had been living with Dennis and my sister Judi to lend a hand but she and I were already fearful that we couldn’t keep him safe and now the doctor said ‘any more falls could prove fatal.’ When we shared our own failing strengths, the doctor recommended HOMEWATCH and they came right away. They interviewed us, assessed the house for the safety features we had added and carefully assessed Dennis. Then they matched us with the perfect caregiver, Kimberly, to help half days to help dress, feed, oversee exercises, routine medications and give my sister respite five days a week. Kimberly graciously shares the benefit of her training, experience and knowledge of techniques, gadgets and equipment that will ease all three of our lives in the months and years ahead. Homewatch has provided other human and service resources and we feel secure that they will stick by us for the long haul. The night terrors are less and less frequent.
Very friendly and helpful. We were late getting Homewatch CareGivers into our home. We were only able to use them two weeks before we had to place my mother into assisted living home. I which we would have used them sooner and possibly my mother would have been able to stay in her home for a while longer.

My friend’s daughter hired Homewatch Caregivers Boise. I traveled and spent 12 days to help my friend that has dementia transition to having at home care. The experienced caregivers assigned helped to set-up the living quarters based on what was needed to make caring for my friend safe and effortless for all. The Homewatch portal allows access to the caregiver scheduling (which was consistent) and their shift notes so I was able to keep track of my friend’s care and well-being. The office staff - Victoria, Jessica, Madison M., and Madison C. - are great with communicating. I want to acknowledge and give tremendous thanks to the caregivers: Marcella, Nicole (Nikki), Zainabu (Jenny), Aileen, Virginia, Sarah, Natalia, Lisa, Brooke (RN), Kristy, Amelia, Diana, Lucia, Holly, Margarita, Ann and Diana
We were very pleased with our Homewatch CareGivers experience. Both Albert and Ishmael were so kind and sensitive to our needs. Very comforting at a very stressful time! Yes, we would certainly recommend Homewatch CareGivers!
Good experience getting services set up for a family member
We are very happy with our decision to hire Homewatch Caregivers. As promised, Jessica came to assist and train the initial caregiver. The initial caregiver did n̈ot workout, yet Jessica lined up a better suited caregiver for the follopwing day and they both arrived on time. When our current caregiver had a family emergency, Jessica filled in and did a fine job. She even remembered the step by step routine and location of all my supplies! The 2nd day Jessica arrived on time with another caregiver to train as a backup caregier. Jessica's performance went above and beyond our expectations.

We have been so pleased with the level of care provided by Homewatch and particularly Elaine. My father has Parkinsons and my mother is sufferring from dementia, the combination presents of course a complicated care environment. Elaine maintains such a calm and caring demeanor it really removes a lot of stress and amxiety from an already difficult situation. Love her!
Cheryl is my husband's caregiver when I go for my respite hours twice a week. She and my husband watch old movies together. She is always on time and seems happy to be here. This really gives me peace of mind as I leave. I know he will be well taken care of.

I have had so much fun with my Caregiver Laura. I only get to see her twice a month but she helps me so much with errands, organizing and sometimes we just walk around where I live and look at flowers and birds. We always end our day with a Chocolate Shake.
Homewatch CareGivers helped us out wonderfully when we were in a pinch. We suddenly needed 24 hour a day care for my mother-in-law, starting the same day that I called, but lasting only three weeks. They were able to provide that immediately. They were easy to work with, accommodating to our requests, and always pleasant and cheerful to talk with. The caregivers did a good job, and really helped fill a temporary void in care.
I enjoy this company I've been working for them for too years. Thay take care of the clients and there employees.
I am at the phase of my life where I become dependent and needed help. All of their aids were very helpful without making me feel like a burden. One of their aids stood out to me because it she was there for every step of the way. Her name Chrisy and she cooked, clean, did the laundry and was there for every step I took. If you need a little help, you should use them

My mom is 97 and was very active and independent until about a year ago. Because of her diminishing vision, she could no longer drive. She felt stuck at home. After many attempts to meet her needs with family members, we contacted Homewatch. Homewatch has made her and our family life better. They try to match the caregiver and the client. It took a few weeks to find our "dimond caregiver," but she has been a blessing to our entire family. We don't have to wonder if they will show up, be kind, or be an advocate for Mom. She provides transportation to places Mom wants/ needs to go. The company is a phone call away from every concern that arises. We have been very pleased with their service.
