She is also a caring and exceptional person. She found the perfect match to assist my wife. Katlynn, the caregiver has an exceptional work ethic, she is friendly, efficient, and has a wonderful caring personality. My wife is very pleased with the service and the care. Hiring this company has made a huge difference in giving my wife the help she needs and giving my wife and I peace of mind. I can’t give them enough accolades for all they do. We have had fantastic service! Matthew, Grace, and the entire office staff truly are flexible about last-minute changes. The caregivers they have sent are all amazing... No problems at all. In fact, there are two caregivers who have been voted in as part of our family because they are so good and patient with my husband's Alzheimer's and my end-of-life needs. Give them a try... You can always change your mind later but I doubt that you will 😉

Arun and Zinki have been providing excellent caregiving services for my mom since she was injured, and we couldn't be happier. Within a couple of days of our initial contact, they came to visit her at home and sat down with us to discuss her needs. They are so kind and have treated us like family. They're also incredibly responsive to any schedule changes or other requests we have. Dealing with my mom's serious injury and loss of self-sufficiency has been stressful for our family, and having Arun and Zinki has eased so much of that burden. This agency is as professional as they come from our experience. The process to get them started was easy and smooth. When it came to the care they provided my Aunt with Alzheimers was nothing short of incredible. After the first week I was at easy with her care despite being a few states away. My Dad and sisters would check-in while they were there and all of them were extremely pleased. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Our family recently needed 24 hour care for our mother. Homewatch Caregivers of BCS filled that need beautifully. Lisa and Phil, the owners are very hands on and are such caring individuals. The caregivers were all patient and well trained. We will not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.
