At Homewatch CareGivers of Fort Collins, we believe high-quality home care begins with the people who provide it.

In 2026, our team earned two notable honors from Activated Insights, a respected leader in caregiver training and quality benchmarking: the Best of Home Care Provider of Choice Award and the Best of Home Care Leader in Training Award. These recognitions reflect the strong culture of compassion, professionalism, and accountability our team works to maintain every day—both in how we serve clients and how we support our in-home caregivers.

About the Awards

The Best of Home Care Provider of Choice Award—which we also received in 2024 and 2025—is based on direct client feedback collected through third-party phone surveys conducted by Activated Insights. This award is given to agencies that consistently outperform industry benchmarks in client satisfaction and demonstrate a commitment to incorporating feedback into their care approach. To qualify, agencies must maintain an average satisfaction rating of at least 8.75 and complete a minimum of 12 client surveys over a six-month period.

For our team, this recognition reinforces the importance of listening closely to clients and tailoring home care to individual needs. It reflects our ongoing effort to deliver personalized in-home support that has a meaningful impact.

The Best of Home Care Leader in Training Award highlights our dedication to caregiver development and education. It recognizes organizations that prioritize continuous learning and equip their teams with the skills needed to deliver consistent, high-quality care. This year, our team’s participation in training programs and commitment to professional growth placed us among the top-performing providers nationwide. Qualification requires at least three months of participation in Activated Insights Training, a minimum of 10 active users annually, and an average of eight completed courses per caregiver.

At Homewatch CareGivers of Fort Collins, every caregiver completes a full-day orientation before beginning client work, along with 12 hours of training each year—exceeding typical industry expectations. We also provide access to specialized training opportunities, including dementia care certification through Activated Insights, for caregivers who want to expand their expertise.

A Commitment to Quality Home Care

These awards reflect the collective effort of our entire team. We’re grateful to our office staff and leadership, the families who trust us with their care, and the caregivers who bring dedication and compassion to their work each day.
