Norwalk Plan of Care

Here in Norwalk, CT, our plan of care is designed to suit you and your family. One of the ways we do this is by matching up caregivers and clients.

We have a female client that served in WWII. A lovely lady that does not realize she needs some help. Working with her family, we brought in a caregiver and explained to the client that she was there to be her friend. Someone to talk to, go to lunch with, watch TV with, go for walks along the beach with. As the client gets used to the situation, the caregiver will start to take on some of the housework but the most important thing was to get her to accept someone into her home.
