Our caregiver always arrived on time, was attentive to every detail, and went above and beyond to make sure my loved one was comfortable and well cared for. It was such a relief knowing that we had a trustworthy and reliable team looking after our family member. The office staff was also amazing—always responsive and willing to accommodate our schedule changes. We had wonderful experience with homewatch. Carrie was very knowledgeable on our initial call and came to meet with our family by the next day. The education we received in that meeting was so helpful. She helped us get in touch with the veterans administration to see if my father qualified for hours. (Which he did! YAHOO!) The caregivers are A+! Not one complaint on my end of things.
This agency has been a lifesaver for me. My Aunt with Alzheimer's moved in due to a fall at the beginning of the summer. I work full time and was struggling with her care. They had 2 people in place within 2 weeks of me reaching out to them. Grace and Irene (the daily caregivers) are phenomenal. They helped my Aunt accept the change gracefully as this was her first time in getting support like this. They worked on mindset change, memory games, physical therapy exercises and keeping her engaged. Doctors noticed a huge difference in her over the 2 months that they had been working with her prior to the appointments. If you need help caring for a loved one, you cannot go wrong with this agency and these 2 ladies!! A special thanks to Homewatch CareGivers!!!

Our caregiver is very aware of my husbands need to be independent but understands his mental limitations and this allows him the freedom he wants under her watchful eye. He feels very comfortable with her in our home

Spoke with both Darren and Cindy at Homewatch in St Charles and they were so awesome! Both answered all questions I had, were super professional and relatable, Darren also reached out multiple times to check on my Mom just to make sure she was doing okay and let us know they were there if we needed anything else along the way. Great place and great people, would highly recommend.
