Wonderful caring individuals. Twice when we had to be away for several days my 98-year-old Dad received the kind and tender care we hoped for. He was so pleased with Susie and Kelsey. It is such a relief to know that Dad was happy and comfortable with his caregivers. Our heartfelt thanks to Homewatch Caregives, and to Susie and Kelsey.

I can tell that there are things that are not clean, even though some of the Caregivers say they are. On the whole, though, I am grateful for them.

There have been several caregivers here and I like each one. However, one person decided without saying anything to me to make a couple of changes. As a result I had to change things back to the way I wanted them to be. Having fallen on 3 different occasions it is somewhat of a burden for me to move to get things back to the way I had them. I spoke to Susan about this and she graciously took care of the problem. I now have one of the best caregivers in Kelsey and she is a gem. She asks about different things and we are most congenial. I would like to continue having her to help me. Also, I want to commend Katy because she is a gem to me as well. Both of these caregivers do very well here and your company is fortunate to have such good persons on your staff. Thank you so much. If I am able to continually have these 2 ladies you will have and are having a thankful client.

I switched to Homewatch fairly recently after dealing with several other agencies who constantly over charged me &/or provided less than quality care. I have been very pleased with the service I've received. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I was told I would receive a call from someone who would go over my needs to help find the best possible fit. That never happened but the caregiver who was assigned to me has turned out to be a very good fit. Shelly White (T. F.) is always on time, does a thorough job, and is pleasant to have around. My cat even likes her!!! :》
