Claudia manages and leads the team responsible for Client Services, Caregiver Management, as well as Client Care and Satisfaction. Claudia brings solid experience from a wide range of care settings to her role as Client Care Manager. She is an energetic leader who understands the needs of our clients, their families, and the customized solutions available through Homewatch CareGivers.
Tanya has over 20 years of office administration experience. She joined us in 2015, and administers our Quality Management Program, contacting and visiting clients to monitor their satisfaction and change care plans if necessary. She coordinates the scheduling of caregivers, and is the primary contact for clients and their families. Tanya’s management background in the non-medical Home Care field has proven to be an asset to our care team. Most evenings and weekends, Tanya is taking her children to their sporting events, and is an enthusiastic fan at each game.
Daisy has been with Homewatch Caregivers since 2017, bringing with her prior experience in a variety of non- medical care support roles, scheduling, and administrative functions. She is primarily responsible for schedule management, coordinating caregiver shifts, communication and customer service. Daisy is enthusiastic about interacting with clients, their families and our caregiver team at Homewatch CareGivers.
Raheem has been on the Homewatch CareGivers team since 2015 and supports our clients and caregivers in an administrative and customer service role. Raheem has experience providing direct non-medical care to individuals of all ages and conditions and is committed to assisting individuals to achieve increased independence, and safety in the comfort of their own homes.
