After many years working as an IT executive for a number of Fortune 500 companies, Lori chose to channel her passion for leadership and business management into a homecare service venture. According to Lori, she is ‘a very involved owner, and I continue to be active in the day to day delivery of our services.” “We really make a difference in people’s lives, and I enjoy being a part of that, along with my very capable team.”
Lori holds a BS in Business from Bay Path University, and received her MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She and her husband, Mike, really enjoy water sports, kayaking, fishing and boating-- especially on Cape Cod. Spending time with good friends and family always helps her to relax and recharge.

Claudia joined our team in 2017, bringing practical nursing experience to her role as Client Care Manager. She has a background in long-term, rehabilitative, and end-of-life care, with experience in both geriatric and orthopedic care settings. Claudia is responsible for our Caregiver education programs, and conducts regular in-home visits to monitor care delivery, and engage with our clients and their families.

Tanya is a credentialed medical support professional with over 16 years of medical office administration experience. She joined us in 2015, and administers our Quality Management Program, contacting and visiting clients to monitor their satisfaction and change care plans if necessary. She coordinates the scheduling of caregivers, and is the primary contact for clients and their families. Tanya’s background as a Clinical Supervisor and Certified Medical Assistant has proven to be an asset to our care team.
Most evenings and weekends, Tanya is taking her children to their sporting events, and is an enthusiastic fan at each game.
Ileanea Torres Operations ManagerIleanea Torres Operations Manager
Ileanea is the Operations Manager for Homewatch ?CareGivers of Windsor, and is responsible for recruiting, hiring and training caregiver staff. She manages the day to day office and field operations, and takes the lead in selection and scheduling of 100+ caregivers weekly. Ileanea joined our team in 2013, bringing experience and certification as a CNA, EMT, office administer and recruiter in the homecare field.
Ileanea’s family is a priority, and time outside of work is filled with the activities of her children, and family pet, Trinity.
