Seeing myself as a client and recognizing that my life and my husband's life could be easier and happier with help was a big step. I know my children, most of them states away, are less worried about us now. Homewatch has been a blessing. I love the way they took the time to meet with us before matching us to our wonderful Caregiver and how they are easy to reach to hear any concerns. I anticipated help with personal care for my husband, transportation and a few household chores. The Homewatch team has been a life saver. Our family needed to set up in home care for an elderly relative who can be difficult. Maresha and Ben took the time to understand what our family member was looking for and their specific needs and wants - while also assuring the rest of the family that they would be taken care of properly. Even with the difficulties of our relative, Homewatch as managed to find well suited individuals. They have always had great communication with myself and gone above and beyond when odd ball or stressful incidents have happened.
