I’m so grateful for the help we’ve received from Homewatch CareGivers this past month. Caring for my dad who has dementia can be overwhelming at times, and having someone step in to provide respite care has meant more to me than I can put into words. His caregiver has truly gone above and beyond what I expected. Not only has she been kind, patient, and wonderful with my dad, but she’s also helped with small tasks around the house that have made a huge difference for me. Those little things have taken a lot of pressure off my shoulders. Knowing my dad is being cared for with compassion and respect gives me real peace of mind. I’m incredibly thankful for the support and would highly recommend Homewatch CareGivers to any family navigating dementia care.

I am very happy with the level of professionalism with Home watch. I have met personally with the owners as well as the care givers Donna and Mikala and the care coordinator Cierra. Thank you all for helping with my 94 year old mom and her two prescious doggies. I’m very happy!

I’ve truly enjoyed working for this company and am only leaving because I’m moving out of state. It’s been one of the most supportive workplaces I’ve experienced. Cierra is an incredible Care Manager who always shows appreciation for the unique way each caregiver supports their clients. She’s consistently available when we have questions or need guidance, which makes a huge difference in this field. John and Eloise, the owners, are personable and compassionate. Their personal experience with their own parents needing in-home care clearly influences the thoughtful way they run the company. Caregivers and clients are matched with distance and schedules in mind, and there’s never judgment if a change is needed. In a profession where burnout is common, employee morale here remains high. I’m very grateful for my time with this team and would highly recommend them!

HomeWatch Care Givers have been so wonderful to work with. My mom is 89 years old and this is our first time with having someone come in and help. Cierra has been so supportive and helpful in helping us figure out what my mom needs. She picked the perfect caregiver for us. Nikki is incredibly attentive with my mom. Mom loves having her there. Nikki is very supportive and understanding to what my mom does and doesn’t want to do. My mom just adores both Cierra and Nikki as do I. Everyone at HomeWatch Care Givers have made this transition easy and worry free. Very thankful to have the whole team help us navigate this next chapter in my mom’s life.

I was hired in July and have had a wonderful experience working for them. They care about each person that works for them as well each client. The door is always open when I need guidance. I highly recommend working with them.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The people from Homewatch Caregivers have been beyond perfect. I needed help with my sister who is suffering from dementia. She needed reminds to eat , bathe and change. But mostly she needed companionship as I live a state away. John and Eloise Hasting came in, assessed the situation and came up with the plan. Eloise filled the first few days before our angel, Jan, could start. They have been so flexible as we found a plan and fine tuned it to my sister's needs. And Cierra, the Care Manager, was there to help at every turn. From store runs, doctor visits, to a one time ER visit they were there for me. I can't sing their praises loud enough. My sister is now moving to Kansas to be closer to me and it breaks our hearts to leave them all behind. Trust me when I say you would be blessed to have these people in your loved one's life.
