Hello my name is Lynn wik and I’ve been receiving services with this company since Christmas Eve and i was nervous starting services because it was the holiday season. I didn’t know if they would find somebody to help and how everything will go, because I’ve never had services before. But then they introduced my caregiver Shannon Dillard. She is a godsend when I talk she listen she was very patient with me and reassured me that if I trust her all is well. and gave me great safety tips, and by date three she had my entire life organized the benefit me from my day-to-day needs, including my closets, cabinets and paperwork. It’s been a great help knowing when she’s here. I don’t have to worry and she’s well prepared and prompt the type of care I received from Shannon as well as other caregivers was greatly appreciated. I will refer them to anyone. Thank you for all that you have done and the caregivers Help that I received.
