I have had help from Homewatch CareGivers of East St. Paul for 6 weeks and I have had really good people to assist me with all of my needs. If one person couldn't make it, they always had someone to fill in. I felt very comfortable with everyone who has helped me. They would do all the tasks I needed done. They went above all my expectations. Everyone was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend Homewatch to anyone.

I highly recommend Homewatch CareGivers of East St. Paul and founder Nishi Shah. Nishi recently led a discussion on brain health and the vital role of caregivers with my church congregation, and it was one of the most engaging and informative presentations I've attended. She is passionate, knowledgeable, and has a wonderful sense of humor that keeps everyone engaged. More importantly, she provides practical, easy-to-apply techniques that help you better understand and care for loved ones experiencing dementia, trauma, illness, aging, or other medical challenges. I especially appreciate the role play examples! Her presentations are exceptionally well prepared and focus on the information that truly matters. I always leave with an "aha!" moment and tangible strategies I can immediately put into practice. If you're a caregiver, healthcare professional, or simply someone who wants to better support an aging loved one, I highly recommend this organization and attending one of Nishi's presentations. You'll leave feeling more informed, more confident, and better equipped to care for those who need you most.

Hello my name is Lynn wik and I’ve been receiving services with this company since Christmas Eve and i was nervous starting services because it was the holiday season. I didn’t know if they would find somebody to help and how everything will go, because I’ve never had services before. But then they introduced my caregiver Shannon Dillard. She is a godsend when I talk she listen she was very patient with me and reassured me that if I trust her all is well. and gave me great safety tips, and by date three she had my entire life organized the benefit me from my day-to-day needs, including my closets, cabinets and paperwork. It’s been a great help knowing when she’s here. I don’t have to worry and she’s well prepared and prompt the type of care I received from Shannon as well as other caregivers was greatly appreciated. I will refer them to anyone. Thank you for all that you have done and the caregivers Help that I received.

My caregiver was amazing to talk to me for four hours. We talked about life and I needed that so bad when you’re dying you need people in your life and heat provided that I was so happy and so relieved to have someone to talk to. He was awesome.
