The staff is professional, and someone is always available 24/7. This is our first experience with caregiving. My Mom, with a fractured back, requires help around the house, personal care, and accompaniment to doctor's appointments. Despite changes in scheduling, Homewatch's communication and teamwork have always accommodated us. The kindness and care from the staff are amazing! We feel fortunate to have such qualified, capable, caring, and compassionate women during this difficult time. All caregivers are responsible, diligent, and punctual. My Mom means everything to me, and I am so lucky to have found these wonderful people to care for her.

They are like family to us. I needed care for my Aunt who recently got out of the hospital and is bed bound. I searched Google and found this company. They put my at mind at ease during the initial conversation since this was my first experience with in home health care. I knew I wanted someone nice to take care of her but I didn’t know what to expect. Well….My Aunt loves her caregiver, she’s kind, patient, friendly and knowledgeable-and she can cook. What I also like about this company is that you can speak directly with the Owner. I could call and text him at anytime and he got right back to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Homewatch Caregivers was excellent to work with! Harrington was very responsive and accommodating to our situation. We were lucky to have Valentina Monday - Thursday and Mary on Fridays. Both caregivers were so kind to my Aunt. They made sure she showered, ate, took her medicine, played games, and got some form of movement daily. They also helped with the transition to her memory care facility. I am so thankful for all of them. They were able to help my Aunt and me during a very challenging time.
