My family is incredibly grateful for the outstanding care and support provided by our at-home care manager, Kim Pierce, and our at-home caretaker(s), Mariah, Marisol and Tish, for my 100-year-old grandfather! From day one, they have shown genuine compassion, patience, professionalism, and attention to every detail of his needs. Managing care for a loved one at this stage in life can be overwhelming, but they have made the entire process smooth and reassuring for our family. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure my grandfather has been comfortable, respected, and well cared for. Their communication is excellent, and they treat him with kindness and dignity at all times. It is rare to find a care team so dedicated and trustworthy. Our family truly appreciates everything they have done, and we highly recommend Kim and her team of nursing aids at Homewatch CareGivers of Houston Galleria to anyone looking for exceptional home care support.
In addition to my current caregiver, Georgette who I would have welcomed as a daughter I have had outstanding results with Homewatch CareGivers of Yorba Linda. They're 5 star all the way! From the beginning of my recovery I have received help in bathing, medication, meal preparation and companionship. Most of them are pursuing advancement in the medical field and I hope I have encouraged this.

I want to give the biggest shout out to Kate A. with this company. My mom has a VERY unique condition that full service care facilities are not capable of serving, so we looked for in home care. Kate met with me and she said her company could not serve my mom and that she did not know of one that would (which turned out to be true as all 10 companies I talked to said they could not provide that specific care and they did not know of one that would). Rather than leave us to fend for ourselves, Kate showed a true compassion for the work she does and did some extra work to call around and try to find one company that might provide that unique service - even though her company would not be getting a dime from us. That one company ended up being able to help. Without Kate's extra effort done strictly out of care for the elderly, we might not have found the unique care we needed.
After my husband had two emergency surgeries in a week, I was extremely concerned about what would happen when he came home, because when he was given discharge instructions we each heard something different even though we were both right there. We did not agree on what was said or on the importance of actually doing it. He also made it clear that he did not want me to tell him what to do. Kimberly Pierce, our care manager, was a gift from God. She was a neurology ICU nurse for 16 years, and was able to explain what needed to be done and exactly why it was important and necessary. When I thanked her for helping us both understand and get on the same page instead of arguing and becoming upset, she joked that saving marriages was all just part of her job.

We cannot say enough great things about Homewatch, Martin and staff. The caregivers are awesome and provided excellent care to my mother in law. Martin and Ellen worked tirelessly to assist us in increasing care requirements needed over a 7 month period and finding the right fit.

I have been an employee at Homewatch CareGivers for over six months. The staff is excellent! Communication with management is great. They always respond within a timely manner. They are flexible and easy to work witj. I feel that the owner of the company is exceptional because not only does he make sure the clients are well taken care of, he makes sure his staff is taken care of as well. When my son was in the hospital he was caring and compassionate. I really appreciated that. I would rate this company 5/5 stars.

My friend in Arlington Heights had surgery and needed care, and I called multiple companies trying to find help. My phone was ringing nonstop with callbacks, but the pricing was overwhelming—around $600 for just three days, all out of pocket. It was stressful and discouraging. Then I connected with Homewatch CareGivers of Schaumburg IL, and everything changed. From the very first conversation, I could tell they were different. I actually paused during the call to pray—and even while speaking with them, I felt a sense of peace. They are not focused on money—they are focused on the patient. I placed my friend on a three-way call, and they listened carefully to her needs: Transportation to doctor appointments Help picking up medication House cleaning Daily support after surgery They didn’t just assign anyone—they matched the right caregiver. A special thank you to the coordinator, Ghousia Begum, who went above and beyond to make sure my friend was paired with the right person. She was thoughtful, patient, and truly cares. Marion and all the caregivers were so kind and amazing. My sister had ALS and she required special care and they were very good with her especially Amy.
I got excellent and immediate assistance at home around the clock from Homewatch after I had surgeries at Methodist Hospital. On short notice, they sent a representative to the hospital to assess my needs, drove us to our home when I was released from the hospital, and then healthcare workers worked shifts for several days to provide home assistance until I was better. Excellent service and responsiveness all around.
Working here has been very good. The people have been very kind and good.
