This whole situation is new and scary to me. I ended up selecting Homewatch as the rep who came out to chat with us was the most informative and helpfully. It was a great choice as we have been happy with them as well as our assigned caregivers.
I hired this company to care for a friend. He has had the same two caregivers for nearly 2 years. He likes both of them. They are responsible and caring and SHOW UP! I have experience with other caregiving companies and there were frequent instances of "needing time off", or simply not showing up as scheduled. The administrayive staff is also reliable. Billing is handled efficiently and consistently without errors. I couldn't be happier with the service.
