Venkat Minnikanti & Preethi Mynepalli

Venkat holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University. He has extensive experience in commercial Research and Development, developing new products in various applications such as 3D printing, composites, foams, coatings, adhesives, and sealants. For the past 10 years, Venkat has been working in senior R&D management roles, leading R&D teams in developing innovative products. In his most recent role, he served as the VP of R&D in a startup company focused on 3D printing technology. Preethi holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Minnesota State University. She has worked in the field of quality assurance and databases before deciding to stay at home to take care of their children.
Venkat is married to Preethi Mynepalli. They have two children, Priya and Praneet. In his free time, Venkat enjoys reading, especially about philosophy and various religions. He also enjoys playing video games. Preethi's hobbies include gardening, music, playing the veena (an Indian classical instrument), and performing classical Indian dance. Both Venkat and Preethi love playing badminton.
