Kristin Normington founded Homewatch CareGivers of South Indy with a simple mission: to provide the kind of compassionate, dependable care every family deserves. As Owner and Executive Director, she is committed to helping older adults and individuals with disabilities remain safe, independent, and connected in the place they call home.

Her passion for home care is deeply personal. As the mother of a son with complex medical needs, Kristin understands the trust families place in those who care for their loved ones. That perspective has shaped the culture of Homewatch CareGivers—one built on compassion, integrity, and treating every client like family.

Kristin is also the Executive Director of Hoosier Families With Disabilities, where she advocates for individuals with disabilities and their families throughout Indiana. Whether supporting a family navigating aging, disability, or recovery, she believes exceptional care begins with listening, building relationships, and serving others with excellence.

Grounded in her Christian faith and servant leadership, Kristin is passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of clients, families, caregivers, and the community she proudly serves.

Emily Skipper serves as the Administrative Director at Homewatch CareGivers of South Indy, where she helps ensure every client and caregiver receives exceptional support from the very first interaction.

Emily's diverse background includes experience as a Patient Care Assistant with IU Health, a Medical Assistant at Riley Hospital for Children, a hospice caregiver, an Essential Skills Assistant, and a Reading Recovery Teacher. Each role has strengthened her ability to care for people with compassion, communicate effectively, and create meaningful connections with families.

Known for her organization, attention to detail, and calm, caring presence, Emily oversees many of the day-to-day operations that keep the agency running smoothly. From coordinating care to supporting caregivers and assisting families through the onboarding process, she is dedicated to making each experience seamless and reassuring.

Emily believes that great care extends beyond meeting physical needs—it means treating every client with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion. Her heart for serving others is reflected in everything she does, helping families feel confident they have a trusted partner in their care journey.

Kristen Siens brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience and a genuine passion for serving individuals of all ages to Homewatch CareGivers of South Indy. As a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA), she has cared for clients in assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities, giving her a deep understanding of the compassion, patience, and dedication exceptional caregiving requires.

Throughout her career, Kristen has been driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Her firsthand experience caring for individuals with diverse needs allows her to understand the unique challenges families face and the importance of providing care that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Rather than stepping away from caregiving, Kristen now serves families in a different way—building relationships throughout the community, connecting families with trusted resources, and helping ensure every client receives the personalized care they deserve. Her healthcare background, combined with her heart for service, makes her a trusted advocate for clients and a valued partner to healthcare professionals and community organizations alike.
