Homewatch has been a Godsend! When I was looking for an agency, Maria, the owner of the company personally called me and met with me. None of the other agencies did that. She was kind, considerate, and genuinely wanted to make sure our care giving needs were and are met. They have continued to excel in care, communication, and dependability. You would be remiss to use anyone else.
Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Austin have been providing care for a family member for three months. This family member can be a difficult patient, having a mobility issue and often exhibiting extreme agitation. Both caregivers are amazing. They both have the knowledge and instinct to know how to respond. I am so grateful to the person who recommended them.

I had the pleasure of sitting and speaking with Cesar today. The passion that he has for helping families is remarkable. He shared his own experience with his great grandfather, and I really understood why Homewatch is so special. Maria and Cesar are people on a mission to provide exceptional care. Their commitment to educating themselves on dementia really demonstrates that they put their clients first. I was impressed that they took the time to become Certified Dementia Specialists. As a clinician, I know the value of educating yourself on a progressive disease and how it can impact care. Kudos to Homewatch for going above and beyond the industry standard. I recommend Homewatch both as a clinician and dementia specialist. P.S.-when Cesar was leaving our dog ran out the door and he carried him back in for us. That’s the kind of person he is.
We had an outstanding experience with Home Watch. The owner-managers were highly professional and provided excellent service that was thoughtfully tailored to our specific needs. Communication was clear and responsive throughout the entire process. The caregivers themselves were skilled, kind, hardworking, and always respectful. Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Austin has provided more than we could have ever imagined. I did not know that it was possible to work with a provider and have every detail customized to meet our Mom's and our needs. From our initial meeting with the owners, Maria and Cesar, we were impressed. They and their company seemed too good to be true. It has only continued. They listened and provided exactly what we requested. They are professional, kind, responsive, and flexible. As our Mom's health changed, they always allowed minor or major changes to be made to her care or the schedule. I can't say enough about how much we appreciate them. Next, our Mom's caregiver Janie is an angel. Again, we didn't know that someone we had never met could come in and immediately be the answer to what we needed. Janie is so pleasant and hardworking. She attended to every detail, offered to do things we had not thought about, took initiative to help in ways we had not requested, recorded detailed notes daily, and treated our Mom with such respect and kindness. We will forever be thankful for the blessing they have been to our family! Janie has worked with us to see our Mom through her recovery. Today is Janie's last day with us and we have mixed emotions about it. While we're sad to see her go, we are celebrating our beautiful 95 year old Mom's recovery! ♥️

We switched to Homewatch because they are located closer to my father’s residence and couldn’t be happier. We have the same person for each visit which has helped with continuity and has allowed us to get to know the caregiver much better and vice versa. Wendy has been wonderful with my father, even got him reconnected with an old friend that he had been worried about. Having her come over and take him on his errands gives me great peace of mind. There is constant communication between Wendy, Maria, and myself. Maria is great about reaching out and touching base to see if we are happy with their services. They will reach out if they notice any differences with my father which has also been very helpful. We are very pleased with Homewatch.

Homewatch caregivers has Been the most helpful caregiving agency that I have ever spoken to, during my journey of finding care for my mother who is in hospice. Walked me through the whole process with insurance, consistently checked on me Throughout. My mother has multiple caregivers, and Jordan from Homewatch is one of my mom's favorites! Highly recommend!
Maria with Homewatch has been so very helpful in coordinating care for my 95 year old grandmother who I treasure and could never leave her in a nursing home. She has communicated well between myself and our caretaker Kristina. Kristina is very attentive, patient and helpful with not only caring for my grandmother but also finding ways to take the pressure off daily chores that I seem to never get to with my work and caregiving role. I don’t know what id be doing without their help.

My experience with Homewatch CareGivers (of Southwest Austin) was great. The owners are very attentive and the caregiver was extremely professional. They also provided light cleaning services while at my home. I highly recommend their services.
I spoke to quite a few agencies to act as a caregiver for my husband with dementia. As I spoke to them on the phone, it seemed they were just checking off a list of information provided to all prospective client. It was only when I spoke to Maria Fernandez at Homewatch Caregivers that I finally was speaking to someone who was listening and personally interested in what my husband as well as I needed. I have been very impressed with both Maria (owner) and Curtrina (office manager). My needs are out of the ordinary. I'm not the typical client, since I am young but have terminal cancer. They have been very flexible with my needs (frequent but short visits now, but anticipating more needs as my disease progresses). I would recommend Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Austin.
