After considering several agencies, we selected Homewatch CareGivers of Glendora to support our loved one, who requires hospice care. While we ultimately chose to place him in a board and care home because of the level of care needed, I was very impressed with the professional knowledge, authenticity, responsiveness and personalized attention of the staff: notably Monique, the Care Coordinator, and Nick, the owner. In addition, their website offers information and resources that illuminate and enrich the readers' understanding of the aging and caregiving processes. I felt confident that they would offer great support to their patients and families.

We are blessed to have one of the many exceptional caregivers, Maria Garcia care for my father who is dealing with Alzheimer’s. Maria is so patient and has a genuine warmth towards my father. Maria also has a deep understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and the way that she engages with my father in conversation is very impressive.

Recently I wanted to take a two-week vacation to San Diego by myself, but didn't think I would be able to do this because of long-term health concerns. I contacted A Place For Mom national healthcare services and they referred me to several services in San Diego. I chose Homewatch Caregivers services due to the high quality reviews and reasonable costs. Carrie Gunn, Owner, created a service contract that included a pick-up from the airport, help with checking into my BNB, grocery shopping and a few activities that I wanted to do while in San Diego. She checked-in with me regularly before and during my trip to ensure the services and staff were meeting my needs. I highly recommend using Homewatch Caregivers of Central San Diego for their outstanding communication, compassionate staff and reasonable rates. Idelia was attentive to my personal healthcare needs. She is extremely kind and supported the activities that I wanted to do, including going to Old Town and finding exceptional traditional Mexican food. I definitely would enjoy working with Idelia again. Perla was fun and ready to accompany me on the activities I wanted to do, including going on the ferry to Coronado Island and the Balboa Museum, which I would not be able to do by myself. She was attentive to my healthcare needs and closely monitored my need to take breaks, and facilitate communication needs for me when I was having trouble concentrating. I would highly recommend working with Perla again. Marcia is the Program Coordinator at Homewatch Caregivers of Central San Diego. Marcia regularly communicated with me before and during my two-week vacation in San Diego. She provided great and quick solutions to any concern I had. She worked closely with healthcare providers to ensure my health needs where meet. I would definitely recommend working with Homewatch Caregivers of Central San Diego!

Homewatch employs a professional, caring staff who really listen to your needs. Having a Homewatch caregiver come to the house makes it so that I don't have to worry about my husband's wellbeing when I need to be away from home.
