Seeing myself as a client and recognizing that my life and my husband's life could be easier and happier with help was a big step. I know my children, most of them states away, are less worried about us now. Homewatch has been a blessing. I love the way they took the time to meet with us before matching us to our wonderful Caregiver and how they are easy to reach to hear any concerns. I anticipated help with personal care for my husband, transportation and a few household chores. My surprise bonus help has been with shopping and technical assistance with my limited computer skills. The Homewatch team has been a life saver. Our family needed to set up in home care for an elderly relative who can be difficult. Maresha and Ben took the time to understand what our family member was looking for and their specific needs and wants - while also assuring the rest of the family that they would be taken care of properly. Even with the difficulties of our relative, Homewatch as managed to find well suited individuals. They have always had great communication with myself and gone above and beyond when odd ball or stressful incidents have happened. They have been a massive relief and asset, being that no family members live in Texas. Highly recommend and super appreciative of their service.

I received an exceptional care after my cosmetic surgery. Safety is my top concern. Maresha first consulted me to make sure safety for both customers and their employees. They listen to what I need specifically and made personalized care plan. They arrived at the clinic on time, pick me up and take me home. The nurse stayed with me for the whole afternoon, checked my prescription pills, warmed food for me. She has paid attention on every detail and she is very caring and lovely person.
