Seeing myself as a client and recognizing that my life and my husband's life could be easier and happier with help was a big step. I know my children, most of them states away, are less worried about us now. Homewatch has been a blessing. I love the way they took the time to meet with us before matching us to our wonderful Caregiver and how they are easy to reach to hear any concerns. I anticipated help with personal care for my husband, transportation and a few household chores. My surprise bonus help has been with shopping and technical assistance with my limited computer skills. The Homewatch team has been a life saver. Our family needed to set up in home care for an elderly relative who can be difficult. Maresha and Ben took the time to understand what our family member was looking for and their specific needs and wants - while also assuring the rest of the family that they would be taken care of properly. Even with the difficulties of our relative, Homewatch as managed to find well suited individuals. They have always had great communication with myself and gone above and beyond when odd ball or stressful incidents have happened. They have been a massive relief and asset, being that no family members live in Texas. Highly recommend and super appreciative of their service.

I received an exceptional care after my cosmetic surgery. Safety is my top concern. Maresha first consulted me to make sure safety for both customers and their employees. They listen to what I need specifically and made personalized care plan. They arrived at the clinic on time, pick me up and take me home. The nurse stayed with me for the whole afternoon, checked my prescription pills, warmed food for me. She has paid attention on every detail and she is very caring and lovely person. I definitely recommend Homewatch CareGivers.
Maresha has been responsive to all of our phone calls and requests. She genuinely tries to help us care for our mother. The caregivers that have taken care of my mother have been competent and kind. They have provided us with the help we needed.
Maresha and Ben were extremely responsive and helpful to set up discharge & transition care last minute for a close friend who was discharged from a facility on short notice (following a brain injury.) They were extremely helpful and flexible and also willing to work with us on our preferred caregiving schedule as needs become more clear during his first week home.

I had the opportunity to be in the care Of Home Watch Caregivers. The level of professionalism, compassion and service was beyond my expectations. I found it so from my first contact with them months before my procedure to set up the logistics to after I was done needing their assistance and billing. I was a complete dependent for a short amount of time and I needed to count on someone else for assistance. Fortunately, I found them. I never worried about my care or whether they would be there to do so. I am been using Back-Up Care for the last 3 years, due to the benefits that I have from the company that I work for, so I got to know a lot of the companies in Austin and Homewatch CareGivers was outstanding, you feel that they care about your family and your kids. They go very personnel with you, confirming and make sure that everything is prepared for the day of the service. Jalissa was our nanny that day, besides being the sweetest person and caring for my kid she was in constant communication, even to sent me pictures showing they were having a great time! And let me a sweet thank you note done by both, She definitely when above and beyond!!! Until today, the best Nanny ever! The owner is so professional and carrying as well!

The owners and caregivers are helpful, knowledgeable, thorough. and kind. I have an isolated, elderly mother with history of mental illness and they have figured out how to work with her and around her. Their assistance has greatly reduced my and my brother's stress.
