We have had fantastic service! Matthew, Grace, and the entire office staff truly are flexible about last-minute changes. The caregivers they have sent are all amazing... No problems at all. In fact, there are two caregivers who have been voted in as part of our family because they are so good and patient with my husband's Alzheimer's and my end-of-life needs. Give them a try... You can always change your mind later but I doubt that you will 😉
