Homewatch CareGivers of Bakersfield has been an enormous blessing for our family. From the very beginning, they eased our concerns with their thorough assessment process and the reassurance that every caregiver is background checked and well-qualified. Their communication is outstanding ... fast, clear, and always helpful. We especially appreciate the flexibility to adjust schedules week-to-week when needed, with no hassle. The billing is straightforward, honest, and easy to understand, no hidden fees or surprises. Most importantly, they have taken exceptional care of my mother as she recovers from a fractured back. The compassion, patience, and professionalism shown has made a difficult time so much easier. Homewatch was a wonderful organization to work with. They were so responsive immediately to my requests and the constrants and had someone in place the next day. Any time l called l was able to speak to someone, unlike other providers who never answered the phone. I highly recommend them.
We liked the vetting process Homewatch uses in making sure our loved one was in good hands. The caregiver was so knowledgeable and patient. The office staff were so helpful with our many, many questions. We felt confident in our decision to use Homewatch for our loved one. They are consistently excellent!

Maria was so accommodating with helping me have overnight care post surgery, with short prior notice. She came to my home, met with me & took the time to answer any/all questions I had. Paulina was my caregiver and was truly amazing. She was kind, caring & a joy to have help me with the start of my recovery. Overall, Homewatch Caregivers of Orange was a perfect choice for me to feel cared for before, during, and after post surgery. Thank you Maria & Paulina!
We hired this company to help my parents out 3 days a week about three months ago and it has been absolute game changing for my parents! 💕 The caretaker they provided us is extra extraordinary with both my parents. Incredible companionship helps with Cleaning and food preparation. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who wants help with their parents. LD
Just wanted to brag on this godsend of a company. We have been using Homewatch for about 2 months for my father. They matched the caregiver perfectly with him. I have never felt anything but comfort/calm when she is there with him during the day. She is so detail oriented, keeps me updated (if needed), knows his likes/dislikes and become an actual friend to him. HIGHLY recommend them if you need care or companionship for a loved one.
Homewatch are excellent caregivers. They were extremely flexible with scheduling, offering more personalized scheduling than other care-giving services, and despite the awkward schedule, Celine went above and beyond and showed up herself during my mother's final weeks when an aide wasn't available. The aide provided, Stacy, was attentive and caring even on nights when my mother mostly slept, eager to help in any way she could. She was knowledgeable as well, and actually spotted serious issues with how the professional hospice nurses were caring for my mother during the day. They have my full recommendation.
