I have to admit that I am incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to work with Dan and his company. I’ve been working with him for a few months and I have had a ton of great experiences, met people and heard stories I never thought I would. I am incredibly appreciative of the communication and support he not only gives his staff but his clients with their day-to-day needs. It is one of the places that I have felt the most comfortable working for and being a part of. I have never went to work and had a day where I didn’t want to be there. It is just a great place to be a part of and I’m glad I had the chance to. I hope more people can come across this place in such a big city.

Highly recommended. They’ve been extremely helpful since the beginning. 7 days a week they attend to my grandmother everyday task and make sure she’s taken care of. Gives peace of mind knowing I have a great staff looking after my grandmother.

My caregiver was amazing to talk to me for four hours. We talked about life and I needed that so bad when you’re dying you need people in your life and heat provided that I was so happy and so relieved to have someone to talk to. He was awesome.

I had the pleasure to work here Jen is the absolute best understanding manager ever.... I had an accident in April and was unable to start when we wanted this place allowed me to recover and come in when I was better...unfortunately due to family reasons I had to resign but they are the absolute best and if things change for me I will be returning to join this family again ❤️ ♥️

From our initial meeting to the daily caregiving, we have been so impressed with this team! Brooks and Deanna took the time to meet with us and design a plan for my mom. Deanna worked hard with a tight timeframe to put a caregiver in place. Having been through this process before with another company, I knew it could take time to find someone who is a good fit. Well, Deanna knocked it out of the park on the first try. Both my mom and her partner absolutely love Anna! She is kind, friendly, willing to help wherever needed, and always on time. They both feel completely comfortable with her in their home. We couldn’t be happier with the Homewatch team. Since I live out of the state, it gives me such peace of mind knowing that she is well cared for. Thank you!

My friend’s daughter hired Homewatch Caregivers Boise. I traveled and spent 12 days to help my friend that has dementia transition to having at home care. The experienced caregivers assigned helped to set-up the living quarters based on what was needed to make caring for my friend safe and effortless for all. The Homewatch portal allows access to the caregiver scheduling (which was consistent) and their shift notes so I was able to keep track of my friend’s care and well-being. The office staff - Victoria, Jessica, Madison M., and Madison C. - are great with communicating.
