Bernadette consistently provides the support, organization, and reassurance and experience I need to navigate these difficulties. One of Bernadette's greatest strengths is her ability to listen carefully and remember important information when I cannot. This has helped reduce a great deal of stress and anxiety in my life. Whenever I need assistance with a task or have questions about how to accomplish something, she approaches the situation with professionalism, determination, and a willingness to find solutions. Bernadette is always punctual, prepared, and committed to completing tasks thoroughly. She demonstrates exceptional patience and understanding, taking the time necessary to ensure that my needs are met. My neighbor has been with Beatrice Ziisham for about 4 years. She has been like family to Ms. Lea and takes her position seriously working with a fragile 93 y/o. When Bea was out for personal reasons, Ms. Lea didn't want anyone else taking her place. We are grateful and appreciative of her health knowledge and compassion for the geriatric community. I have seen CNAs and PCAs show less care for seniors and I told them so. Bea is good people and a friend to both of us and we are keeping her.
I rarely leave long reviews, but this company absolutely deserves it. From the moment I walked into Homewatch CareGivers of El Paso, I noticed something different. Everyone I encountered was professional, kind, respectful, and welcoming. Every staff member who passed by me acknowledged me with genuine kindness, which is something you don’t see very often. I especially want to recognize Grace. For around five years, if not more, she helped my brother with in-home care. Anytime questions came up, Grace was the point of contact who helped resolve situations, whether it involved scheduling, rescheduling etc name it. Now that my mother is also in need of in-home care, we reached out to Grace again, and she has shown that same amazing character, professionalism, patience, and compassion that she has always had. I also want to recognize the receptionist. Even though I only met her briefly, she showed the same level of care and professionalism that I experienced with Grace. Thank you to Grace, the receptionist, and the entire staff for restoring my faith that there are still companies out there that truly care about professionalism, compassion, and excellence. More importantly, they care about people who are often at their most vulnerable and deserve to be treated with dignity, patience, respect, and genuine human compassion. 🙏🏼

Since Tina has come to be my caregiver it has been nothing, but joyful. She organizes my cupboards, spices, what use to be junk drawers is now organized in little baskets, and when I ask her for an apple or tomato they are clean and cut the way I like them. She does my shopping for me and she gets all the stuff we need for her to cook my meals for lunch. She treats me like her own father which makes me feel good. She makes sure I check my sugars and take my daily required medication. She helps me maintain a healthy diet for my individual needs. I care for her like a daughter and my daughter and family appreciate her as well. I haven’t got there, but she encourages me to get out and exercise more. She takes me to my appointments and has been a great help to myself and family and I appreciate her very much much. Thank you HomeWatch CareGivers and Tina for your continued care. Also, thank you to all the caregivers you sent prior, every one of them has been a tremendous help!!!
I had 3 different woman come to our home to give care to my spouse, Sabrina, Debra and Shelly. Only 1 of them Sabrina was a total disappointment, the other 2 were wonderful and you could see they really cared for the patient. Sabrina was ok the 1st time she came to our home but a total mess the 2nd day. She came through the front door talking to someone on the phone performed her duties while still talking on the phone. When she was finished cleaning my wife she stepped outside for a couple of minutes talking on the phone, she came back in and plugged her phone into a charger, sat on the floor and proceeded to keep talking on the phone so loud I could hear the whole conversation until I finally after 2 hours had had enough and told her to cut the conversation off. To make matters worse my wife needed to be shifted on the bed so Sabrina proceeded to try to pick her up at which she could not do. After struggling with my wife and hurting her I told her to stop. It was at that point I decided I didn't want Sabrina in my house again. I sincerely think I was paying way too much for her services which were very poor. I called to complain and was told they would talk to her and would not send her again. I am disappointed that Noone called to see how my wife was after being mistreated. She had 3 areas of her body that had bruises. Debra and Shelly on the other hand were very caring and professional. I would gladly have them back again. Sue Ward

I can't say enough great things about Homewatch's service to help find an outstanding place for my mother-in-law. We worked closely with Lewis, Community Outreach, who spoke with her and our family. We gave him our laundry list of needs and wants for her next chapter in independent living. He's a great listener! Lewis did so much leg work for us - he visited and previewed about a dozen independent/assisted living communities to gauge their fit for her, at no charge to us! Lewis narrowed it down to six communities for us to visit, and we liked them all. Lewis went with us on our tours and knew the right questions to ask so we could make the best decision. Lewis is very caring and compassionate, and was awesome with my mother-in-law, our family, and the community liaisons. He was accessible and had great follow-through all the way through post-move-in. He was such an asset to us, and we are so grateful that we met him and used his services. My mother-in-law chose the perfect place for her, and she is very happy there, loving all of the social activities! If you are looking for a place for your loved one and feel overwhelmed with the choices and the process, I highly recommend Lewis!
