Hello! My name is Robin Breault, owner of Homewatch CareGivers of East Cobb in Marietta, Georgia.
My passion for being part of delivering quality healthcare began over twenty years ago when I started with Humana in South Florida. After attending Florida Atlantic University and getting a degree in Health Administration, I proceeded to work in Humana’s geriatric clinics and then moved to the insurance side of healthcare. Later, I decided it was time to move to IT and use my billing knowledge and office workflow to help offices use technology to improve patient care.
After years of working in Administration and technology, I am going back to my roots – patient care. Prompting the shift to in-home care was having the privilege to care for my Grandmother, parents, and a special needs child. The writing was on the wall, here was my opportunity to service the community and offer services that make a difference in the lives of loved ones with the highest quality caregivers and nursing services.

A graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with an MBA, he has advised Fortune 500 companies and led high-growth businesses across multiple industries. As a former Principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), he led large strategy and operations projects. Most recently, he built and scaled a successful Texas-based power retail company before transitioning into the home care industry. As the Owner & CEO of Homewatch CareGivers of Houston Galleria, Serhat is committed to delivering exceptional care and service to families who expect the very best.
Andrew Harris is a native Houstonian who’s passionate about healthcare. His journey was shaped by caring for his father, who was disabled in a refinery explosion, which inspired his career in nursing. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch, Andrew honed his skills in high-pressure environments like the Neuro ICU at Houston Methodist and as a charge nurse at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Andrew’s leadership in nursing and passion for improving the lives of the elderly led him to own and operate a home care business. With his expertise in nursing and a focus on top-quality care, he is committed to raising the standards in the home care industry in Houston.
Candie leads with both heart and precision, ensuring every client and caregiver feels valued, supported, and empowered. With years of hands-on experience in caregiving and administration, she’s dedicated to upholding the highest standards of compassionate, reliable home care. Candie believes in treating every family like her own—because for her, caregiving isn’t just a service, it’s a calling.
Belle leverages her comprehensive expertise and meticulous eye for detail at Homewatch Caregiver by holding the dual roles of QA Manager and Communications Coordinator. In this capacity, she ensures the highest standards of care quality and streamline internal and external communications.
I provide leadership, management, and accountability for Homewatch Caregivers by overseeing compliance, staffing, daily operations, and reporting. I also handle internal marketing efforts, including social media updates and monthly newsletters for both caregivers and clients.
As owner of Homewatch Caregivers of East Cobb, my goal is to lead our team to serve the community by providing high-quality home care to clients and meaningful, rewarding careers for caregivers throughout East Cobb, Marietta, Kennesaw, Powder Springs, Austell, Douglasville, Mableton, Dallas, and surrounding areas. Our ultimate goal is to make a difference in the lives of loved ones by offering compassionate care delivered by the most qualified caregivers and nurses.We strongly support our Veterans, who served our country. It is our honor to now serve them.
