I contacted Homewatch Caregivers shortly before an operation in Baltimore. I live in Burke. Kelly Lee, Director of Client Services arranged for a caregiver from Fairfax come to Baltimore, pick me up at hospital, go to my hotel for the night then drive me home the next day and stay and watch over me doe another day. Pricey BUT well worth it. I was unable to find anyone else to do what they did. Then Kelly, herself, came to take me to a doctor appointment, maybe an mile away and brought me back home. In addition to all of this, I then had my own personal chauffer(caregiver) take me back to Baltimore for a follow up appointment, Approximately a five hour round trip excursion. All in all a most excellent company, caregivers and ESPECIALLY the Director of Client Services, Kelly Lee(and she really knows how to use the text messaging app. Five stars is nowhere near enough.

Our caregiver, Mercy, was an extraordinary human who helped us through an incredibly difficult time for our family. I cannot recommend Homewatch CareGivers highly enough.

Homewatch Caregivers have been taking care of me for the last few months! They are excellent to work with. They always do their best to accommodate my schedule changes due to my numerous Doctor appointments and have a caregiver ready to assist me. Thank you Homewatch!

We are super pleased with the person who assists my elderly father. He is intelligent, polite, pleasant and attentive to my father. My father thinks he is great too!

Kelly coordinated both daytime and overnight care for us during a difficult post-operation period when the timing needs kept changing. Both caregivers were excellent for their roles, and we made it through the tough times.

We are so lucky to have a wonderful young lady that helps my husband. I've said she is an Angle from God, sweet and is always ahead of my husband, does not wait to be asked to do anything. We love her. Hope all the other caregivers are as nice and helpful as she is.

Have been with this caregiver service since 2013. They have ALWAYS,not sometimes been able to work with changes whether it be with my personal situation, caregiver changes, the weather like it is snowing outside, schedule changes . I also love the fact that the company treats you as a person and not just a time slot that needs to be staffed.The company owner always makes sure I have no problems with my caregiver. My only issue is the pricing. I do wish it was cheaper as other companies do offer a cheaper price but I suspect those other issues would not be handled so well. I understand it is a business. There is no option for 4.5 stars stars but that is what I would give them.

I chose Homewatch CareGivers for several reasons. The first being they did not require a hefty deposit, their hourly rate is comparable to those of other companies, and they didn’t have a lengthy contract that locked me into a commitment I was not sure I would be able to fulfill. My Father had mild Alzheimer’s at the time, and insisted he did not need help, so I was unsure of how many hours a week I would be able to utilize them without him turning them away at the door. Many times, it was the owners themselves who took my Father to appointments, the grocery store, or stopped by the house (on short notice) if I needed them to check on something (as I live out of state and cannot do so myself). The owners were crucial to the process of getting my Father used to having someone around to help him and they did so with patience and compassion. I also liked their motto “let our family care for yours” and they truly are a caring family who go above and beyond to make sure your loved one is taken care of in the familiarity of their own environment. They are easy to work with and very accommodating to your specific needs. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone going the in-home caregiver route.

Long term client for both my dad and mother in law. Homewatch CareGivers of Fairfax were professional and caring. As my parents aged, the company met our family's needs of added hours and care with no problems. The in-home caregivers were excellent and the company worked with us to get the right match for our home. We have dogs and they were always careful to send people whom had good qualifications while also comfortable with dogs. We lived quite a distance off the main roads but that never got in the way of getting good, reliable care. My parents have since passed and we miss having the caregivers in our home. Over the years they became a part of our family. You will not regret hiring this company for your caregiving needs.

I can't be more appreciative of the help I got from Homewatch CareGivers of Fairfax. Their dedicated and well-trained caregivers helped extend the life of my late mother for years .. years more than she was expected to live. We had care help from dozens of those caregivers over those years and owners Don and Nina personally visited us on occasion. As I say ... I could not have asked for more.
