Homewatch are excellent caregivers. They were extremely flexible with scheduling, offering more personalized scheduling than other care-giving services, and despite the awkward schedule, Celine went above and beyond and showed up herself during my mother's final weeks when an aide wasn't available. The aide provided, Stacy, was attentive and caring even on nights when my mother mostly slept, eager to help in any way she could. She was knowledgeable as well, and actually spotted serious issues with how the professional hospice nurses were caring for my mother during the day. They have my full recommendation.
Good service, but sometimes communication between the office team and the caregivers could be a bit smoother. That said, the quality of care is excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
