Homewatch caregivers is an excellent company, as a retired RN. I am aware that their services have been needed for decades. Celine, the owner of the company is a true angel and can definitely see that this is her passion to help people. The transition from a hospital stay or an illness can be very difficult for individuals. The assistance that is provided makes it so much easier and enables a faster recovery for the patient. The services from the home Care aides with assisting patients is so valuable. Assist with transportation it's so needed, also light house keeping appreciated. I'm sure we all know of an elderly, disabled or just a person that needs a little assistance. Please contact this company, I believe most is covered by and works with insurance companies. Celine and her staff are willing to go the extra mile to help. My husband's recent hospitalization made me aware how important assistance is after discharge. Homewatch are excellent caregivers. They were extremely flexible with scheduling, offering more personalized scheduling than other care-giving services, and despite the awkward schedule, Celine went above and beyond and showed up herself during my mother's final weeks when an aide wasn't available. The aide provided, Stacy, was attentive and caring even on nights when my mother mostly slept, eager to help in any way she could. She was knowledgeable as well, and actually spotted serious issues with how the professional hospice nurses were caring for my mother during the day. They have my full recommendation.

Good service, but sometimes communication between the office team and the caregivers could be a bit smoother. That said, the quality of care is excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
