My caregiver (Tonya) did an excellent job. She is very pleasant. She completed various tasks for me. She was on time and worked non stop.

I would like to share my families experience with Homewatch CareGivers. My dad has Ahlzheimers and requires 24 hour care as Hospice is managing his end of life. We have been so happy with the care takers as they not only work very hard to gain a relationship with my dad but also the whole family. They are engaging with my dad which can be a challenge at time as he can be aggitated and he is also hard of hearing. They will cook, clean, run out to pick up someting at the store, bring my dad a cheeseburger, get my dad a snack, a drink of juice, encourage him to do a puzzle, do a double shift when someone calls off, wheel him over to the window to watch the birds or the landcaperse that were planting trees. They will do endless laundry, dishes, change the bedding, clean the litter box, sweep the floor and on and on. We would be lost without Ebony, Sabrina, Johanna, Sara, Andrea, Rosa and Sahara. The other side of this is the people behind the scenes which is Carrie that coordinates all the care takers, sends them all messages from the Hospice nurse so there is no confusion. Carrie listens to my concerns and helps me problem solve, this can be very stressful for all especially for my mom as there are many different caregivers every week and it can be difficult to manage everyone. Carrie has eased that challenge. And finally I have to thank Tia for her communication when there is a schedule change and sending me the monthly care taker schedules. It takes a village and my family and I are eternally greatful. Thank you Mary, Michele and Pat

I work in a Skilled Nursing Facility and Homewatch Caregivers is my preferred caregiver company. As someone who people rely on to make recommendations for their loved ones, I take caregivers and home care very seriously. Homewatch has wonderful staff; I love working with Carrie and Jill. They are quick to respond, meet with guests and their families while they're at the facility, and really take time to get to know the person and their needs in order to best match caregiver with the person. They make my life easier on a weekly basis and I've only heard good things from the families who get to work with them. Homewatch is always my preferred and can't recommend them enough. I can leave work with peace of mind, knowing these people are getting the best care.

I was a Personal Care Aide for Homewatch and this company was AMAZING to work for!!! First off, the respect and patience that was fostered to me as an employee was so amazing.. everyone that works in the office are hands down some of the most genuine people I have ever worked for. I met so many amazing clients as a PCP, some that truly left an impact on me and that I will never forget. The biggest factor to consider regarding Homewatch is the way CLIENTS are treated. There were some chaotic times when staff were unavailable and things needed to be figured out last minute however, a way was ALWAYS found!! Clients needs are always met.. and PRIORITIZED! I loved that about this job, because I deeply cared about the care and satisfaction my clients.. I wanted them to always be set and happy!

We have used HomeWatch caregivers for about 5 years now, for my dad and his wife. Caregivers Dorry, Sandy, and Gabriel are wonderful, and we feel like they're part of our family, enabling them to be in their own home rather than in assisted living. We are thankful for them every day.

Renauld is amazing with my dad. My dad enjoys seeing him twice a week for his showers. Renauld is great at changing times if need because my dad has lots of doctors appointments. He is also very professional he keeps me my dad's daughter update on any issues. Carrie did an amazing job choosing Renauld to partner up with my dad. Thank you.

It was very easy to work with the staff at Homewatch CareGivers, they were very communicative and kind. Someone came to the hospital to evaluate my family member for a caregiver, and on discharge home they were able to get someone scheduled right away. My family member was able to work with Tim, and received excellent and respectful care at all times. Would highly recommend this company if you or someone you know requires caregiver services for any reason.
