We contacted Dan at Homewatch CareGivers of Los Gatos to help support an elderly family member. What began as just a few hours of care per week quickly escalated into an urgent need for 24/7 support. Dan and his team at HWCG of Los Gatos were absolutely fantastic - responding with professionalism, compassion, and a commitment that far exceeded expectations. Even though we knew the speed of our needs stretched capacity, they stepped up without any hesitation and helped us through a very difficult period.
