The HomeWatch team has been wonderful in caring for my aunt, especially since she has begun 24 hour care. They have kindly and patiently worked with us to find the best fits for her needs and desires. She has been blessed with some of the sweetest, diligent caregivers. They’ve also been so helpful working with her long-term care insurance. It’s a true pleasure for me as well to work with them.

Homewatch CareGivers has done an excellent job matching a care giver with my mom. My mom was reluctant at first to welcome a care giver, but a year later my mom considers her family! I don't know what we would of done this past year with Homewatch CareGivers. They take time and an interest to understand your personal needs and the care they administer is wonderful!
We were so pleased with the care Homewatch Caregivers provided for my father. His goal was to stay in his home, and their caregivers allowed that to happen for much longer than would have been possible without them. I found them to be responsive to issues that crept up and quite accommodating. Their service filled the gap for us and we are eternally grateful for the care and companionship they provided. the highest recommendation or reference for homewatch i can provide is that they have been an answer to a prayer and a blessing. they have provided services to my brother and i for several years. we are semi-disabled seniors sharing a home. at times the owner or office staff have provided services themselves, particularily transportation for necessary medical appointments, when line staff were unavailable. WOW, GOD BLESS 'EM!!! i was a caregiver for 8 yrs (hospital orderly) and served the disabled and homeless for 30 yrs as a social worker. i've seen what's out there first hand. good luck on your journey.
My family have been using Homewatch Caregivers for about 6 months, and we are very pleased. Even better than expected. We have changed out times around so we have gotten a few different caregivers. They all have been outstanding. Each might have a specialty, like one is very personable and caring, and the other is kind and likes to work hard cleaning or cooking. The real bonus is the owner Steve who is always available to call or email, and is very helpful in other areas of elderly care.

After years of working professionally in long term care and Hospice care, I chose Homewatch Caregivers as a provider of caregivers in the home setting to provide additional care. Their staff members were the perfect combination of competence and compassion, which is an unbeatable combination. They brought comfort, peace of mind, and healing into a very stressful situation of grief and we are eternally grateful to these staff members!

Homewatch CareGivers of Louisville was a great resource when we needed caregivers to be with our mother in her home. They were conscientious and thorough when assessing Mom’s care needs. The caregiver that they sent was capable, knowledgeable, dependable and kind. We were very happy to have consistancy with our caregiver. Steve in management was extremely helpful with filing the information needed for reimbursement from the long term care insurance company.

Homewatch CareGivers of Louisville has really been invaluable to me and my mother over the past year in multiple ways. After spending a month in the hospital and rehab last December, Mom came home needing a lot of help with daily activities. April, her Caregiver, has gone above and beyond to give Mom much needed friendship and companionship and provided the physical help she needs daily. April has also helped me when needed in taking Mom to doctors appointments, and knowing she is there for Mom allows me the time I need to do my work mostly from home, get groceries and do errands, and when needed, meet with clients in my office so that I can continue to grow my business. Steve also has been a great help in dealing with the insurance company that has helped offset some of the cost of Mom's care. I highly recommend Homewatch Caregivers of Louisville for your loved ones so that they can have the best quality of life in the comfort of their home.
Overall homewatch was very helpful during the times we needed. They were always responsive to concerns and questions. Every company has its ups and downs but overall they were very helpful. Some call outs from their aids but they were very good at getting the call outs filled.
We had a wonderful experience with Homewatch. They were always quickly responsive to our needs. My mother became attached to her caregiver, Michelle, and we felt 100% confident that she was in great hands. Peace of mind is priceless, and we certainly had it.
