Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting agency's clients with their personal care needs in accordance with care plan including assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, personal hygiene, etc. Duties include light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, linen change, transportation/shopping, or other reasonable duties assigned.
