Homewatch Caregivers of Minneapolis and St. Paul are the best team. They are professionals with dedication, compassion and kindness. They helped me with the care on my love one, in my home, for a little more than two years, and our family and I are so greatful for their unwavering support and help during that time, and beyond.
My husband has a deteriorating disease and I needed help at home to care for him. Homewatch Caregivers provided excellent support for both he and I. The caregivers were kind, supportive, and able to assist him with bathing and dressing. They were hard workers and if he wasn’t able to do something they were always ready to assist him. The caregiver coordinator, Andrea was also very supportive and selected 2 excellent caregivers for us.
They are a lifesaving service which i am using again and when needed.

Fantastic and responsive office staff ready to assist with any and all questions. I'm a nurse who needs help caring for my mom as I have a full time job that doesnt leave me time for all the assistance mom needs. I have 3 consistent caregivers for mom thru Homewatch who are dependable, caring, thorough in their care, and treat my mom with patience and respect. I'm so glad I found these ladies! Mom really likes them too and appreciates how they make her life easier. I HIGHLY recommend Homewatch Caregivers!! They make the entire on board procedure quick and simple too!
Homewatch Caregivers is a fantastic resource for anyone looking for assistance caring for their elderly loved ones. They respond quickly and kindly to requests. They have helped us with transportation to appointments and with companionship care for our parents. We couldn't do it without them!
I must say, the entire staff and management of Homewatch Caregivers is OUTSTANDING! When my father wanted to stay in his home but needed some additional help getting up in the morning and getting ready for bed at night, we started looking for an agency that we felt comfortable with caring for him. Beginning with our first meeting with the owner "Deb" our most excellent experience began! They were amazingly quick in getting the 2 shifts/day set up and staffed. They demonstrated their flexibility as his needs for care evolved and they kept the family informed every step of the way. Within a very short period of time, we felt very confident he was getting excellent care. Our high regard for Homewatch Caregivers held up over the several months they took care of him, even providing nearly round-the-clock care towards the end of his life. If you are seeking care for your loved one, we would most sincerely recommend that you meet with them and find out for yourself.

I loved working for HWCG. The office team is attentive, responsive, and caring. I was able to care for the same family for all four years of college and it was a very rewarding and fulfilling job. It’s a flexible job that pays well, and I was so impressed with how much care the team took in ensuring both the caregivers and clients were. If I had a concern about a client or their family members, I shared it with the office and they took care of it every time, making sure everyone was cared for and safe. Truly such an amazing organization.

I probably called 20 different agencies and finally came upon Jane and I was fortunate to find her. She listened and asked questions and set me up to meet the owner Deb Nelson. Deb was great and we set up a "plan" for my mother-in-law and within 48 hours they had caregivers helping her and each one was terrific. When I say terrific I should also point out they were also compassionate, caring and responsible. Deb has a great team and you will enjoy Deb, Jane, Andrea and the team and you would feel lucky you found them. Did I mention they are also fun to work with.

The women who help our 97 year old mom with her morning routine three days a week are wonderful! Punctual and consistent. They respectfully help mom with what she can’t do and celebrate with her what she can do. She likes the two women who work with her very much
