My experience with Homewatch caregivers has being great. Great communication, flexible with my schedule, great pay, offered 401k and PTO. The company understands the importance of work-life balance, that was a big plus for me. If you want to feel like you are being heard, understood and appreciated this is the best company to be a part of.
My caregiver, Javanna, was a Godsend to me at a devastating time in my life. I don't know how I would have gotten through without her caring, compassionate help. Also, Julie, the owner, was very understanding and helpful to me. I would recommend them very, very highly.
