Keri provided a thorough intake process that considered our needs and preferences while making thoughtful and pertinent recommendations. She was able to make the perfect match for my Mom on the first try. Keri has been responsive to communication regarding scheduling and other details. The caregiver, Carowyn, has been punctual, professional, caring, and clued into my Mom’s interests making her visits pleasurable and enriching. Homewatch Care Givers of Northeast Garland have been a godsend for me and my family. The care and service they provide my mother have helped to keep her lively and vibrant at 88 years old while supplementing my time spent with mom to round out a full schedule of activities for her. Whether it is activities outside the home or socializing at home, Homewatch helps us to keep mom thriving and looking forward to her next outing!
Homewatch Caregivers are the cream of the crop! Pam is truly a God send. She listens to the tall tales of my Father and allows him to talk non stop. She treats my Dad with respect and dignity. She goes above and beyond and truly has been a gift to my Dad. The care she gives me a peace of mind that he is safe which is worth more than words can express.
We've been using Homewatch Care Givers of Northeast Garland for about 10 months now to take care of my 91 year old mother. They have provided both day care coverage and now 24 hour coverage and at times that involved going to a hospital and rehab facility with her. They've provided us with compassionate care, responding to additional care when needed, timely notification of changes in providers schedules for coverage and notification of any changes with mother's health on a real time basis. If I have any concerns, issues or questions, I have Keri's direct phone number to address or to take immediate action.

She is always available for any questions we may have. The caregivers are amazing and just love on our mom and take such good care of her. The people at Homewatch CareGivers are kind, friendly, very positive and sincerely care for their clients and their families. We felt like we had known the ladies for a very long time from our first meeting to connecting my sister with a perfect match caregiver. It was an adjustment for my sister who had lived independently for many years, but she and her caregiver are the best of friends and someone she looks forward to seeing twice a week. If there is ever a question or concern , I am contacted and included on a solution. My sister's caregiver is her friend, driver, assists her in weekly grocery shopping, errands or just going out for a walk or to lunch together. My sister's overall attitude and quality of life has improved tremendously since she has had Homewatch CareGivers in her home which gives the entire family tremendous relief knowing she is safe, happy and well cared for.

The experience my Mother and I had with Homewatch CareGivers was top notch !! An initial interview offered the perfect opportunity for me to carefully explain the services I wanted for my Mom and to offer some insights to her current mental and physical condition. The caregivers always arrived on time and were both friendly and professional with my Mother. The interaction I experienced with Homewatch CareGivers' Manager was exceptional. I was treated in a friendly, courteous and professional manner during every contact. Additionally, she listened to me in a very very caring and understanding way. Homewatch CareGivers of Northeast Garland are very professional, caring, and understanding when help is needed in your home to take care of a loved one. Communication is excellent and every time the caregiver was in our home, the highest level of care and consideration was given to our loved one. We hope we will never have to utilize private care again but if we do, I will call them without hesitation!
