Lillian is the absolute best.
Our dad has had the honor of having Jaquelyn J. (Longmont) as his evening caregiver for a year+. She came in soon after our mom passed away and immediately was a calming presence. She is kind, caring, always uses Dad's name when speaking to him, and cooks him yummy meals. She knows and respects his likes/dislikes and she's aware that she needs to speak loudly so he can hear her... She's a tremendous help for Dad and his dog. She'll go out of her way to be sure she is fed and takes walks along the property with her. We appreciate Jacquelyn and we know Dad is in good hands when she is with him.
We are currently working with them for our family member. Chanel the main person I interact with. She’s top tier. She always listens and tries to accommodate to the requests of the family. Francis is a joy to work with at this agency.

Michelle and Lisa are the best! Very grateful for them! We also had multiple bad experiences with caregivers from this agency. We had to call adult protective services on two caregivers from here so please always have cameras on your loved ones.

I honestly had the hardest time, convincing mother that we needed a caregiver, and after interviewing several groups, Homewatch stood out. Now that we have a caregiver, mom loves her! I highly recommend Homewatch CareGivers of Billings who provided my husband exceptional care and transport during a hospital procedure and overnight post-op monitoring when I was unable due to health restrictions. Jennifer, Susan, and JoJo are professional, personable, compassionate and caring, with excellent communication skills. They provided an optimal caregiving experience from start to finish that exceeded our expectations, and we are very grateful for their outstanding service.
We have had an excellent experience with Homewatch CareGivers of Longmont. They have been wonderful in providing us with the best care for our mother in hospice. Amie H. has provided us with outstanding care overnight and in the day time. Other providers we have worked with are Betty P. and Donna G. in the daytime. These caregivers have been highly attentive and responsible. They are always on time. If you want a caregiver who will treat your loved ones like their own family, you've found the right providers.
