Our family had a very good experience with Homewatch CareGivers of Phoenix. Chris’s knowledge and expertise is invaluable. We would have been lost without her assistance and constant guidance. Jennifer cared for our parents as if they were her own. She was warm and attentive. Our father was always confident in her abilities and looked forward to the days when she was scheduled. Shanuna is very kind and always seemed to know what to do. She was very caring and gentle with our parents. It was a comfort to know they were in such good hands.

Homewatch caregivers provided end-of-life care for my 97-year-old father for several months until his recent passing. I was extremely pleased to work with them. They sent many wonderful caregivers who provided kind and personal care. Occasionally an adjustment was needed to find the right fit between caregiver and patient. Homewatch accepted our every request to make a change without question or hesitancy. If I am ever in need of caregiver services in the Phoenix area again, I will call Homewatch first.

The first words that comes to my mind when I think of the Homewatch Caregivers is thankful, appreciative, dependable, honest, and caring. My family has depended on Homewatch for 24/7 care for the past several years. Both of my parents have had age related issues. Like many chronic diseases, dementia and Alzheimer’s can be very difficult for the patient and the family members. Our family is very thankful for being recommended to Homewatch. First to care for our mother with debilitating chronic dementia. Her last few months were particularly difficult for everyone who cared for her. I appreciate the sincere care of all staff members. Up to the last days of life, our mother was well treated with respect and dignity, honestly caring about her wellbeing. A very emotional and stressful time handled by Homewatch care providers with concern and kindness for all. My father, who is in the mid stages of Alzheimer’s Disease, wishes to remain at home. Homewatch has continued to provide 24-hour care. Everyone at Homewatch Caregivers have been very helpful through the good times and bad. I am truly thankful for all they do for my father. Homewatch Caregivers is a fantastic company! I needed their services when my husband was put on hospice asap to help me take care of him. The guy who came over to do the intake was kind and efficient and listened to exactly what kind of help I was looking for. They immediately sent a caregiver to my house (like within a day or two) who was exactly the kind of person I needed, so they made a great match. The caregiver was compassionate and knowledgeable and was invaluable during the last few weeks of my husbands life. I highly recommend this company!
Teri is always prompt, kind, thoughtful and courteous. She lights up our apartment when she comes in with her positive attitude. She goes about her tasks with efficiency and always has time to share some laughs.

I was in need of surgery aftercare and Home watch Caregivers proved to be the best choice for me. Very friendly staff and on time service. I have had HomeWatch CareGivers in my home caring for my 89-year old wife, after she broke her leg. I can’t say enough about the ease of hiring this company and the quality of care they provided for 24- hours over a three week period. Their CareGivers arrived on time, showed extreme sensitivity in caring for my wife, and basically provided the Activities of Daily Living for her throughout the three week period. The management staff is knowledgeable and responsive to changing needs. We were totally satisfied with HomeWatch and their exceptional level of service.
Homewatch CareGivers has been a terrific agency to support my Mom's needs for 24 hour caregiving. Chris Willis and Garry Pregler are great to work with. They really go the extra mile to help. For example, when my Mom had her hip surgery, she needed a good rehab place. This was during Covid and good places were hard to come by. She could only get into sketchy ones. The highly rated one, we wanted, wasn't letting in new patients. Chris Willis and the owner called the rehab place and they were able to pull strings to get my Mom in. I am forever grateful for that. I highly recommend this agency if your parent needs at home care.
The Absolute Most Amazing Home Health Care Company to Work For!!!!!! If you’re looking for a selfless, well rounded, caring, genuine, people centered, company to work for or didn’t even know such company existed then hear me out, I’ve been working for Homewatch since May of 23’ and I’ve come to the conclusion that I will never work for another home health company other than Homewatch. Why? Because they are amazing! It’s more than a job, it feels like a beautiful partnership and I know that sounds dramatic but that is how I feel when my “job” comes to mind. They look out for me, period! These folks are literally family to me, and in the short amount of time that I’ve been with them they have shown me in so many ways how much they value me not only as their employee but also me just the person. The amount of love and affirmations that they pour into me drives me to want to be the best at what I do here at Homewatch, and honestly that’s probably why they have so much success. When you take into account the mental health and wellbeing of the employees of a company, it only makes sense to see how well it’s reflected in the care of the clients. Homewatch is real people meeting you where you’re at and, wanting for you a happy and fullfilled experience at work and in your personal life. Yeah every time I go to provide care for a client I’m always proud knowing I’m going on behalf of this company. I’ve come to the point where it’s like a bigger picture and, since they believe in and expect so much out of me I want nothing else but to keep on with that same energy, and this type of mindset goes hand and hand with enriching the lives of the clients we serve. A person can tell if you’re happy with your career and clients tell me that all the time cause it’s evident. Definitely a work environment that you can grow and thrive in cause I am. Homewatch is a community and it’s super easy to be transparent with them because everyone is so understanding. I’ve met other caregivers with Homewatch that’s been working with them for 10 plus years and we all seem to be on the same page. WE LOVE OUR COMPANY!
