Claudia brings practical nursing experience to her role as Operations Manager. She manages and leads the team responsible for Client Services, Caregiver Management, as well as Client Care and Satisfaction. Claudia has a background in long-term, rehabilitative, and end-of-life care, with experience in both geriatric and orthopedic care settings. She is an energetic leader who understands the needs of our clients, their families, and the customized solutions available through Homewatch CareGivers.
Daisy has been with Homewatch Caregivers since 2017, bringing with her prior experience in a variety of healthcare support roles, scheduling, and administrative functions. She is primarily responsible for schedule management, coordinating caregiver shifts, communication and customer service. Daisy is enthusiastic about interacting with clients, their families and our caregiver team at Homewatch CareGivers.
Raheem has been on the Homewatch CareGivers team since 2015 and supports our clients and caregivers in an administrative and customer service role. Raheem has experience providing direct care to individuals of all ages and conditions and is committed to assisting individuals to achieve increased independence, empowerment, and safety in the comfort of their own homes.
