Homewatch caregivers supported my mom for nearly two years until her death. The caregivers were loved by my mom, especially one, who was extremely endearing, skilled and interesting. Caregivers worked seamlessly with hospice staff when that time came. The detailed notes and information were always available to me, the daughter, who was an active caregiver and (self-appointed) manager. There were two agencies involved giving 24 hour care. My mom benefited tremendously from the caregiving from Homewatch. When a caregiver was not the right fit, management worked to find a caregiver that was a good match. It made all the difference in the quality of my mom’s life. My mother was demanding of respect and to be heard. Caregivers always treated her with respect, dignity and kindness, while keeping her safe and healthy. It still breaks my heart to remember what my mom went through. It was a long and often agonizing deterioration from Parkinson's. Our Homewatch manager was kind and listened to me and was very supportive. I am grateful Homewatch Caregivers was there to meet my mom's needs and allow family to rest knowing she was in good hands.
I am limited as to what I can do to help my disabled friend, since my friend was able to get additional assistance, his care giver Sherry has been amazing, without her helping with his hygiene, washing clothes, keeping the house very sanitary, im sure he would be back in the hospital again with an infection. She is a saint, she takes her work very seriously and professionally, she really looks out for his well being.. he is lucky to have her around. She is a saint in my book. Can't say enough wonderful things about her.
Homewatch Caregivers has been fantastic to work with. They have been very accommodating, always finding caregivers to meet our schedule. I recommend them highly!
I have gotten a care giver that comes in the home, and has a routine. I make a written list the night before. Never a problem. My list is for the entire week but caregiver does everything at once. Very relaxed atmosphere. I have requested that this caregiver be assigned for any spare hours.

Our caregiver, Rhoda, is a godsend. She arrives punctually, is cheerful and hardworking. While my husband isn't bedridden now, there are days when he can't breathe, and I am afraid to leave him alone. If she is here, I am completely comfortable leaving the house to run errands, etc., because she is very competent and I know he will be safely looked after. She is kind, as well, and is a joy to have in our home.

Love the hwcg of WWa they are the best they care and the care giver is trained and if not they get them trained for the right program. I would recommend the company and they always make sure I have a caregiver scheduled for my dates.
Every thing the ladies do is above and beyond any thing l could have expected!! Everyone is exceptional . I couldn't be more pleased.
Generally I would give it a B+. This company contracts with the VA. They have health caregivers who come to my home daily to assist me eating and dressing.
Homewatch Caregivers of Western WA has provided excellent caregiving services with great communication, flexibility, integrity. The 4 caregivers they've provided are well trained, capable and delightful people who cared for our mom as she recovered from an unexpected fall. Case Manager, Ann, coordinated it all with the best interests of our mom. Highly recommend.

Home Watch Caregivers gave my family such a gift by helping with my mother who has Alzheimers Disease. The helper assisted her in exercising, eating right, and fun things like watching Mary Poppins. They really engaged my mother socially which she needed. I highly recommend Home Watch CareGivers of Western Washington.

This computer account is under my son's name, however, I am the care recipient. My experience with all levels of staff has been very satisfying, encouraging, supportive, and a true blessing. When necessary, fill in caregivers are located and accompanied for the informative yet brief client introduction. Good communication is stronly encouraged, and responses are quick to address any questions, concerns, and various business for all involved. Based on my needs and experiences with Homewatch, I would not hesitate to recommend their services to people seeking help and companionship by well matched, truely caring and non-judgemental employees. Been through about 6 companies including this one. This company so far is the absolutely the best, by miles above the others and it's only been about a month..
