My family had the good fortune of meeting Lynette at the time she was putting the pieces of Homewatch CareGivers of Conway in place. As my mother was turning 100 years old and lived by herself, we knew that Lynette and her team could fulfil a critical need of caregiving and companionship. Hello my name is Lynn wik and I’ve been receiving services with this company since Christmas Eve and i was nervous starting services because it was the holiday season. I didn’t know if they would find somebody to help and how everything will go, because I’ve never had services before. But then they introduced my caregiver Shannon Dillard. She is a godsend when I talk she listen she was very patient with me and reassured me that if I trust her all is well. and gave me great safety tips, and by date three she had my entire life organized the benefit me from my day-to-day needs, including my closets, cabinets and paperwork. It’s been a great help knowing when she’s here. I don’t have to worry and she’s well prepared and prompt the type of care I received from Shannon as well as other caregivers was greatly appreciated. I will refer them to anyone. Thank you for all that you have done and the caregivers Help that I received.
